Dr. Raymond Nchor is the founder of both IMC and SORUDA, which have representations in Germany, Ghana and the USA. IMC here stands for International Maintenance Consulting and SORUDA stands for the Society for the Promotion of Rural Development in Africa.
These visionary ideas resulted from lectures Dr. Nchor delivered in various universities and research centres in Germany over two decades on Technology Transfer and the Maintenance of Engineering Systems in Developing Countries.
