In 2004 working as an individual took a first step towards institutionalization of the family-owned OZKAYA FOOD TOURISM ELECTRONIC INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD. established to make our company driving change in Hazelnut industry .
Unlike today's manufacturing companies style of roasting, we  use pan and double roasted hazelnut style, which is an unusual flavor and we set ourselves the task of taste, people enjoy.

Our Products don't contain trans oil or genetically altered soya lecitin and additives. Neither chemicals nor additives are used in our production stages.
