Vertex Agro Limited, a 100% indigenous Agro-Allied company was incorporated on 02-Aug-07 to carry out agricultural business in Nigeria and beyond. Our Head Office is situated on about 7 hectares of land at KM4 from Zuma Rock, Kaduna – Abuja Expressway, Suleja in Niger State of Nigeria. We import Agrochemicals and distribute same across Nigeria and we currently boast of over 20 variants of premium quality pesticides that have become household names among Nigerian farmers. Vertex’s leadership positioned the Company to launch a new business of Agro processing in 2015 starting with the processing of sesame seed, largely exported to Japan and in July 2019 a world class infrastructure for the processing of cashew nuts was completed. We currently export premium quality cashew kernels to United States, Canada, Turkey, other countries in Europe and the Central American country of Guatemala. Vertex is strategically placed to write the next chapter of Nigeria’s agro processing story, leveraging on real consumer shift in preferences, especially for the youthful and school age population. We are set to offer superior quality FMCG to customers with quality coated peanuts, roasted and spiced cashew kernels, peanut butter and cashew butter.
