- SW320: scorched wholes 300 - 320 kernels per LB (kernels may be scorched/slightly darkened due to over heating while roasting or drying in drier/borma)
Maximum moisture of these kernel is 5%. Kernels must be completely free from infestation, insect damage, mould rancidity, adhering testa and objectionable extraneous matter.
The cashew kernels are packaged in 25lbs in inner PE and outter export carton or in tin and outer in carton or according to customer's requirement. The filling of the PE/tins is followed by vacuumization of the same.
