Created in 1987 on the Isle of Noirmoutier, France TURBOT is a fish farm specialized in the hatchery, on-growing, packing and marketing of turbot fish. We have 2 sites of production, one being in the Brittany region and the other one in the region of Vend� (Isle of Noirmoutier). In order to meet consumers? concern, and demonstrate our wellknown knowhow through an official label, FRANCE TURBOT carried out a process to obtain the �Label Rouge � within the �Turbot Qualit�society � This certification was obtained in 2002. Definitely the proof of a gustatory quality for the consumer, certified by independant experts, the �Label Rouge �is the warranty of strict respect of specifications in production and transformation. This warranty is achieved thanks to numerous tests and controls at all levels : food production, breeding and packing. Today we are expending our range proposing other top quality products (Salmon, Seabass, Trout, Oysters, Shrimps, etc). To do so, we have selected breeders who share our values and our passion for quality.
