We are an Italian company specialized in the production and sale of the essential oil of bergamot, used to produce perfumes and in food production by different companies in Italy and other European countries.

Bergamot (Citrus bergamia, Risso et Poiteau) accounts for 2% of the Italian citrus fruit and is located in a narrow strip coast of the province of Reggio Calabria.
The bergamot and an evergreen tree with a noble medium height not more, usually at 4 feet.
The plant is extremely sensitive to temperature, does not tolerate temperature drops below 3 C.
Demands, especially in summer, frequent watering. Excessive heat can cause the "fruit drop" of small immature fruits.
Flowering begins in late March and lasts throughout the month of April (before flowering, the most important). From late May to June there is a second flowering.
