Born from the desire and effort of Luca Pieri, a child who grew up in the world of refractory materials and ovens. TEK REF began as an exclusively local craft market. Today it is a well respected company know for quality production in established national and international markets around the world.
The Zio Ciro wood oven is manufactured entirely at the home plant in Sardinia, our expert staff specialize in oven craftsmanship and design. We also pride ourselves on our many years of experience in the field of machinery ensuring high quality control. TEK REF has a quality management system certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001-2008, and has adopted the organizational model in accordance with Legislative LGL 231/231 and sm. from 10.01.2013.

The Zio Ciro transportable wood oven is a real wood-burning oven, small in size, the hob and the dome are made entirely of high quality refractory concrete. For this reason the oven is superior to a wood oven madeof inox stainless steel, because the refractory material has a greater thermal flywheel and it maintains a longer cooking temperature which allows you to cook for a longer period even after turning off the fire. It is an oven ready to use, pre-assembled, insulated and finished. It is a light oven and it can be transported and used in small spaces such as terraces, balconies and small gardens but also in the kitchen or tavern. It consumes a small amount of wood and reaches in a few minutes the cooking temperature.
