This machine is a kind of fine new automatic wire winding machine, it actualized automation from loading, winding and producing

   The magnetic loops processed by this machine are used for network filter, subminiature magnetic loop inductance, inductance IC etc, its characteristics as following:

   1. The diameter of the wires are 0.05~0.18mm

   2. The outer diameter of the magnetic loops are 2.5~8mm, the inner diameter of the magnetic loops is no less than 1.5mm, thickness of the magnetic loops is no less than 0.8mm

   3. The PLC programmable controller simultaneously ensures the safety of the machine and the stability of running.

   4. We used touch screen, it can be easily programmed according to different magnetic loops inductance and convenient for debugging.

   5. This machine adopted optical fiber counter and stepping driver, which ensure the correct number of turns and the distributing quality of the loops.
