Company Introduction
A vegetarian coming from a family which practised it for three generations, Mr Chou had a passion for vegetarian food at a time when it was expensive but with little variety. "There was prejudice against vegetarism, and it was very hard to find a good Chinese Vegatarian outlet, " he said. This led him to start Lotus Vegetarian Restaurant in 2004, and also had set up a factory and logistic office.
