Zhejiang Yueqing SMC&BMC Manufacture Factory is built in 1988. After 27 years development, it becomes the most professional and biggest supplier of SMC&BMC molding compounds in China.

Due to the management of ISO9001 and policy in our factory, our SMC&BMC is approved good by IQTC, IMAL in China. They catch up to the standard of JB7770-1995 and GB/T23641-2009. The material also gets the certificates of CCC, UL94, RoHS etc. Now, we are in cooperation with some international companies, like CHINT, DELIXI, Schneider, ABB, Siemens, Toshiba, Mitsubishi etc.

For our factory, Its production capacity is more than 50,000 tons every year. With more than 30pcs kneading machine for large scale BMC production, two production lines for SMC, fully equipped testing room, our factory has independent ability for researching and developing. As our policy of human oriented and quality first, we stay on the top of SMC&BMC production and sales in the industry in China for 20 years.

SMC&BMC molding compounds has excellent performance on electric insulation, heat resistance, inflaming retarding and mechanical strength. They also have features of reasonable formulation, advance technology, easy molding, low shrink rate, high dimension accuracy and good processability. So they are widely used in distribution box, meter box, manhole cover, switch cover, automobile parts and accessories, various insulation parts, integrated bathroom, antistatic products of anti-explosion electric appliance and home appliance parts etc. The injection BMC also can meet some specialized request of plastic package products, like high dimension accurate products and its varnished wire, micro motor etc.
