We are a technologic textile manufactory, which relates to the technology research, manufacture, processing and global trade. We professionally produce various SEAMLESS (Seamfree) series including both the man and woman?? fashion style, body-shape style and leisure-style etc. 80% of our products have been exported to America, Europe and Australia etc.
Our factory locates at the North Industrial Park of Yiwu City. The company has about 50 covered yarn machines which made by Italy Menegatto, Japan Ishikawa and Chinese native companies, six imported air covering machines and three false-twist-testuring machines, to produce various special high-quality yarns for seamless industry. Meanwhile, the company has introduced 70 Italy Santoni electronic circular knitting machines, and also more than 150 sewing machines which made by Japan Yamato, Japan Pegasus and America Sullair. We have more than 300 workers in the factory.
We have been using ERP system to facilitate the flow of information between all business functions inside the boundaries of the organization. We developed the high-quality control system and long-term cooperate with the dyeing factory, so that to build the completed product line from the material production to seamless knitting, sewing, ironing, packing and shipping. Every procedure of our factory is operated and inspected under the ISO9001-2000, and supported by the TQM system, to try to reach the ??% waster??goal.
