On May, 2008, the project of “wind mill gearbox” was officially started which required 412 Million RMB. In the first period, 180Million has been inputted. It was used to purchase more than 20 unit of high accuracy processing equipment, for example: ZPI25, ZP20, YK7380, YK7332 CNC GEAR GRINDING MACHINES, ZB, AZA GEAR GRINDING MACHINE WITH WORM GRINDING WHEELS, YK2050 CNC SPIRAL BEVEL GEAR GRINDING MACHINE, XKA2120*60 CNC BORING AND MILL MACHINE, CK512B CNC VERTICAL LATHE, MYNX65 VERTICAL PROCESSING CENTER and P100, JD80 GEAR TESTING CENTER.NCL20121 THREE COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE. To ensure our product’s good performance, the company purchase form Germany 3.6MW Siemens conductively closed gearbox performance testing platform. And now, the 1.5MW wind mill gearbox have been successfully assembled. The related technical data is now carefully collected and tested. The 1.5MW wind mill gearboxes will come into small batch production once the testing is passed. The preparation of NO 2 project is now also going well, which requires a total investment of 252Million RMB and 67000 square meter. When the project is completed, it will become the manufacture base of wind mill gearbox, heavy duty gearbox for mine and metallurgy machine.
