subsidiary  of  Zhejiang  Grand  Glory  (Holdings)  Co., Ltd, was established  in June

1999, based on the  former Zhejiang   Medicines  and  Health  Products  Import  and

Export Corporation  incorporated  in 1984. ZMC  has a registered capital of RMB 63

millions and 200 employees with a sales  volume of RMB 2401.00 millions in 2006.

August  27 2003 respectively.
