RFC series water filling machine integrate rinsing, filling and capping three functions on one machine. It is suitable for non-gas beverage bottling line.
Empty bottles can be fed into the machine either via table-top conveyor or air conveyor, as pre-determined according to the site situation. Then a Bottle Intake Worm separates the bottles at a fixed distance and feeds them to a star-wheel.
A rinsing carousal grips bottles from the start-wheel and turns them 180? upside down, and the rinsing media is sprayed inside the bottles for a period of time. The rinsing nuzzles are special designed to eliminate any dead corners inside the bottles during rinsing. After leaving the spraying section, the bottles continue to move upside down for a while to drip water and turns back to upright position.
After rinsing, the clean bottles are passed to the filling carousal via a transit star-wheel. The gravity-filling technology is utilized to fill water into bottles. Different filling levels can be achieved by adjusting the height of filling nuzzles.Adjustable magnetic constant torque screw capping is utilized in the capping section to prevent damaging the caps. Caps are sorted in a Cap Hopper installed on the top of the machine, and then through a Cap Chute, caps are fed to a Cap Feeding Plate for the capping chuck to fetch the caps and screw on the bottles. Several devices are used to prevent the opposite caps to be fed to the cap chute. A sensor is used to detect the availability of bottles before releasing caps to the Cap Feeding Plate. Optional equipment, Cap Elevator, can be used to send caps to the Cap Hopper. The Cap Elevator is controlled by the machine and work together with a sensor inside the Cap Hopper. When sensor detects no enough caps in the Cap Hopper, the Cap Elevator will start automatically, when the sensor detects caps are full in the Cap Hopper, the Cap Elevator will stop automatically.
