3. Secured Transactions: We do understand that the primary concern of any buyer is to feel secured about his money and should not be deceived. This is also one of the reasons that even though many buyers get attracted by prices and services offered by trading companies still they feel more secure to deal with direct suppliers rather than trading companies. But we understand the value of your money and being located in one of the most developed cities across the world with strict law and order and discipline, i.e. Hong Kong, our buyers can expect orderliness, integrity and veracity from us at any time.

Inspection and quality check: A main problem faced by buyers while dealing directly with suppliers is that buyer seldom gets to interact with the owner or someone at a senior position, who can really take the sole responsibility of their placed order and provide detailed inspection or quality check for them as they are not available or due to language barrier. Therefore, mainly buyers need to rely on English speaking salesperson for the delivery of his order as per his requirements and just expect it to be of good quality and rely on his luck that everything turns out to be good. Although we understand that many suppliers share same quality and have quality checkups and procedures, but don't you think so its impartible and riskier to rely on a person with little or no technical knowledge such as a salesperson, when the cost of the order placed is thousands of dollars. Moreover, don't you want someone who is trustworthy and professional and is available and dedicated towards your order and provide you with material such as inspection reports, photos, videos etc. for your order and who make it certain that it has gone thorough check up. We do agree that there are inspection companies for this job who are dedicated to provide this service only but the main drawback with them is that they will cost you lot of money and moreover they don't have any past trading experience of that product and will not advice you what is good for your country or market. But we provide this service at a much lower cost and we have tons of experience for our listed products and we ensure our customers can rely on us at a low cost.

5. Logistics: Many customers are first time buyers and they usually ask the supplier to arrange the shipments and charge them accordingly and as a matter of fact the buyers always end up paying a lot higher than what they should actually pay and to be honest we feel bad about this as this is not what we say. We believe that business should be straight and should be done with integrity. We do agree that if we give service to you, we will charge you reasonable but we will not deceive you by charging excessively high.
