Swintool is devoted to provide special hardware tools, we developed the specialty wrench and ratchet pawl mechanism tools, to satisfy the different needs of industrial general manufacturing.

Now, in marine hardware, the ratchet we designed is heavy duty(665Nm working load) and big size house( Diameter 51mm), it evolves into special ratchet load binder(mechanism tool) for paver machinery, tractor, solid waste container etc equipment and machinery. Our ratchets can replace ratchets of G80 and G100 load binder in the market. At the same time, we also can design the rachet with inside hexagon, square, circle and special shape etc for different needs. In car manufacturing, we develop the electrode wrench remover for spot welding tip machine, with alloy steel(Si-Mn).  

Integration of processing technology resources, our sub-supplier are equipped with a series of advanced and specific production equipment such as M/C, CNC, wire cutting, CNC Laser cutting machines rinding /milling machines and hot/cold forging machines. We invested the hydraulic pressure machinery to develop the technology of metal forming (i.e pipe forming) etc. With the support of our the third-party lab, we can analysis the chemical compositions and physical properties of the material.
