Yudong Machining Co., Ltd specializes in producing brake disc, brake hub, brake pad,, front wheel hub, back minor axis and flywheel assembly for autos with the integration of development, casting, processing and marketing. Taking the lead in passing ISO9001: 2000 international authentication of Quality System in the same trade. Our factory was established in 1990, it has advanced production equipment, reasonable technics and complete detection means .Our new products exploitation fastly and the capability of cooperation with clients is strong. Our products quality have been reliably guaranteed depending on high-level employees, high-efficiency numerical control, high precision measuring equipment and a complete set of strict and reliable quality guarantee system.

At present, we have 258 workers, including over 40 technologists; meanwhile, our quality guarantee department has 8 technologists who can carry out quality management system with high security and high efficiency (ISO/TS16949:2002). In addition, our factory has over one hundred sets of equipment, including over ten sets of checkout equipment and over ten sets of test equipment. Advanced tension tester, sclerometer, metal microscope, analyzer for foundry and fast analyzer are equipped to satisfy analysis and test of foundry materials. Our present throughput: about 20,000t/year castings, 1.2million pieces/year finished products. In 2008, there will be one new high standard foundry workshop to put into production, annual throughput can reach 3t/year, output of finished products will reach 1.8million pieces/year.
