We interest all cut of ostrich meat include Mixed fillets, Mixed Steaks, Shank( especially small shank) , Flank, Trimmings meat, Ground meat, Wing tail, Foot thenar(need taken off the dirt and washed clean), Foot tendon and shank strap, the bones (with meat on them), Testis, Penis, Glandular stomach, Gizzar, Heart and Frozen blood.
