The organization brings almost 2 decades exp- erience, making it reasonably reliable in its early stage of inception.Scope of servicesThe following areas outline the scope of our services under the Engagement :(i)To review the basic information related to product to be procured / supplied. (ii)Evaluate and design specification input for potential suppliers / buyers and float the inquiry before the potential suppliers / buyers or their common platforms for the subject transaction.(iii)To provide required information to potential supplier / buyer for undertaking the appraisal of the proposal.(iv)To carry out negotiate and meetings with potential suppliers / buyers during the course of the transaction and obtain detail estimates / offer.(v)To structure transaction with due consent from our client. (vi)To arrange 1 to 1 meeting of end buyer and end seller to negotiate and finalize critical terms and critical covenant proposed by potential suppliers / buyers.(vii)To provide need based support to the Client in co-ordination / documentationBroadly setting the exclusions specifically, our work will not include:1) A physical product valuation;2) Preparation of any technical product report;3) An accounting or a legal due diligence review.4) Providing and obtaining any statutory, legal and regulatory approvals that maybe required for undertaking the Transaction(s).We look forward for long, healthy and mutually beneficial association.
