Yekalon is the only CO. Who won 0% anti-dumping duty during the anti-dumping investigation against laminate flooring products issued by Canada government in 2004 and keeps the same 0% anti-dumping duty good result during the re-investigation in 2005~2006.
Yekalon also independently wins an important patent infringement suit in the US Yekalon is very pleased to declare the final victory in the 337 investigation on laminate flooring products.  On January 5, 2007, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) releases its decision in this case.  While it grants the general exclusion order as the complainant requests, the ITC found the locking profiles designed by Yekalon non-infringing.  Yekalon has been the only Chinese company which wins a 337 investigation.
