The company has 10,000 square meters of standardized plant, 2900 square meters of R & D department. The company has advanced production equipment and testing equipment.

The company has accumulated a number of professional engineers, the existing staff is 365, college 210, 106 R & D staff. The company has successfully developed PLC and HMI since its set up. With the spirit of innovation, the company successfully developed FC series PLC and OP series HMI. Then it released XC series PLC; TP/TH/TG series HMI; DS series servo drive and motor; DP series stepper drive and motor; XP/XMP/XMH series integrated PLC&HMI; V5/VB5/VD4 series frequency inverter.
The company cooperated with Jiangnan University and established the Jiangnan University - XNJE Machine Vision Laboratory, which based on The Advanced Light Industrial Process Control Key Laboratory.
