Wujiang Bailu Dyeing & Weaving Co., Ltd. is a privately-owned enterprise established in July 2002. It occupies 25, 000 square meters of facilities on a 60, 000 square-meter site. The company specializes in printing and dyeing of medium to high grade chemical fabrics that include suede, peach skin, poly pongee, oxford, taslan, memory fabrics and N/C fabrics. Bailu is adjacent to 318 National Highway, in the Private Investment and Development Zone in Zhenze Town, Wujiang City, Jiangsu Province, China. It is conveniently located within short distances of several major commercial hubs. Shanghai is 130 km (2 hr by car) towards east; Hangzhou is 100 km (1.5 hr by car) towards south and Suzhou is 60 km (1 hr by car) towards north. The affiliated companies are all closely located around Bailu within less than 20 min driving distances. Mr. Lu Xinhua, the sole owner and investor of Bai Lu, also co-invested RMB 10 million in a fabrics coating plant, Wu Jiang Du Yi textile Co. Ltd. in 2004 and RMB 25 million in a fabrics weaving factory, Wu Jiang Teng Xiang Textile Co. Ltd in 2005. In 2008, Mr. Lu co-invested another RMB 12 million in a fabrics printing plant, Wu Jiang Yi Li Na Textile Producing Co. Ltd.
