we are a privately owned enterprise engaged in the
production of a variety of knitted beddings and
babies' garments. Having imported advanced 'karl
mayer' double rib warp-knitting machinery from
germany, we are also equipped with a napping machine,
cropping machine,3 carding machines and 20 high-speed
sewing machines.

Supplying 'mayer' textiles in two categories, namely
short pile 2 - 2.5mm cotton flannel(mayer cotton
raschel), and 4mm plush two-side cotton flannel(new
mayer), these fabrics are made from the following raw
materials:
1) cotton mayer(short pile) pile is made of 100%
combed cotton
2) bottom cloth is 80% cotton interwoven with 20%
polyester filament
3) polyester filament as thin as hair, which forms the
material's base, shrinks into the cloth and does not
come into contact with human skin.

Constantly developing new products in order to best
meet market requirements, our 'mayer' brand items are
soft, comfortable, breathable and cold-proof.
