(ACI), in cooperation with Beijing University of Chemical Technology, is a high-technology company which primarily focuses on new generations of environment friendly coating materials as well as the related application technologies. The company consists of several functionality departments and divisions, including Research & Development, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales. With its headquarters in Wuhan, ACI has established its manufacturing facility in Wuhan Taiwanese businessman investment district.

The company has been granted by the Chinese Government a state "863" project - Preparation of Nanometer Scale Polyacrylic Acid Based Emulsions for High Performance Water-Base Wood Coatings. ACI is working on the commercialization of the new technology and production of high performance polyacrylic acid based coating emulsions, which are used as the primary raw materials for the innovative environment friendly coating products.
