The capital is provided primarily by private investors or companies interested in safe investment vehicles which provide excellent rate of return. We do not charge upfront fees to fund loans, we are only paid a success fee by the borrower at loan closing. We are happy to provide referances, to work with your existing banking or attorney trust accounts.
