WF PZL Zaklad Doswiadczalny Ltd. has been established in 2004 as the result of transformation of the Prototype Department of the PZL Sedziszow S.A. Filter Factory becoming thus a separate manufacturing and servicing Company.
We are having 35 years of experience on designing and manufacturing filters and filter elements (cartridges) of fuel, air, oil, hydraulic and other for all kinds of engines and industrial equipments (filtration systems of working fluids and coolants) also NON TYPICAL FILTERS AND FILTER ELEMENTS.

PRODUCTS

Our offer:
* filters and filter elements which are manufacturing serially and also to meet the unique requirements of our Customers at the base of samples or technical drawings from our Customers
* we use filtration media produced from worlds leading companies and with filtration accurancy since 1 micron:
* filtration paper,
* glass fiber media,
* polyester media,
* filtration mesh,
* other for the unique our Customers requirements

Hydraulic and industrial filters
They are used in hydraulic system of machines and other industrial equipments (especially in engines).
We offer low and high pressure filters, we use such filtration media as: paper, metal mesh or glass fiber.
For special requirements we can supply these filters in visual or electrical signals of pollution.

Filter elements (cartridges) of fuel, air, oil, hydraulic
We produce all kinds of cartridges: fuel, air, oil and also for hydraulic systems. We use filtration media mainly paper, metal mesh, which are from worlds leading companies producing these products.

Filter elements for powder coating
They are produced at a base of papers and polyester filtration media (also with capacity to remove electrostatic charges). We have following versions for fix: on needle, in housing and in twist system.

Filter elements for electrodrillers & gas
During production operate filtration papers and media used in water and paraffin filtration.
Gas cartridges have mostly paper as a filtration media, rarely metal meshes.

Regeneration of used filter elements
For a special Customer order, we regenerate used filters elements, which before send to us must be clean from dust; oil filter elements should be clean in a fuel and dried.
During regeneration we change used filtration media, and at a pinch other parts on a new one, after their verify.
The life time of these regenerated filter elements and their filtration properties are suitable for a new filter elements.
Filtration media used in regeneration of the filter elements:
* mesh 10 micron,
* filtration paper 5 to 25 micron,
* other media as per our Customer requirements.

Electric harnesses
In 2005 began its development our Harnesses Department, which manufacture (with Kaizen standard) electric harnesses for vehicles vehicles. Our customer is worlds leading in motorization corporation. At the moment in our Department are working almost 300 employees.
