Wenzhou Yuanhang Import and Export co., ltd. Was in April 2009, located in No. 3-1 Dongfang Road Ouhai district of Wenzhou city. The aim of our company was to satisfy the market request of good shoes with good price, both leather and synthetic, because different customers have different needing and we needed to be ready to proceed in any direction the market goes, in order to avoid any stop to the growth that the company wanted to achieve. In order to do that, we didn&＃39;t open only a simple trading, but we opened also a connected sample room which could output daily samples without depending on outside factories timing, which often didn&＃39;t well fit with the market request.When Yuanhang opened that office only 12 people worked there. Nowadays the office counts more than 40 people and the connected sample room has over 80 people working with an output of 300 pairs samples and prototypes daily.During these years Yuanhang also noted that depending too much on outside factories could compromise the relationship with customers, because without the direct control of the production prices and quality cannot be constant and this can represent a problem for future orders.In order to solve this problem, we opened a first factory in Wenzhou, the Wenzhou Zhongling factory, with a 13.000 sq.mt production plant and over 550 people working. This factory was trained by the best italian technician that during the years we hired, in order to improve not only the quality but also the daily output.Due to this reason we could keep the prices down and get enough profit to invest in the companies.As we saw that the customers liked very much our idea of connected trading-sample room-factory, we improved a lot the orders and we needed another factory to handle the new orders that monthly we were receiving, so we opened another factory in Anhui province, the Anhui Zhongling factory, which is now more than 300 people workers, but it&＃39;s fastly growing as the area is cheaper than Wenzhou but our techinician are the same and they can guarantee the same quality we offer in Wenzhou.Up to now, this means that we keep high quality shoes in leather and suede in Wenzhou for the medium high price customers, and we run production for medium-low price customers in Anhui province.Of course we go on to work with outside factories that we chose during the years and that we know very well, in order to improve our capacity of shoe production, which is now more than 20.000.000 pairs/year if we sum direct production capacity plus our existing working outside factories.With our Italian Chinese managament procedures we achiedeved to be one of the biggest suppliers for Armani Group and Replay Group. We worked and still work for the biggest shoe company in South Europe and we make collections for them working directly with Italian designers who come to our building directly to manage the development of the collections.Our development team, trained by all these years of italian stylist collaboration are now able to complete fulfill all the requirements and proposal from customers anywhere, they are not only good executers but strong design partners who continuosly partecipate to the final extension of the collection.We are committed to build the brand image by high creditworthiness and reputation in China.
