We are ISO9001/2000 Certified and our production capacity is as below : Open Forgings: Manufacturing Joint-less Rings up to 500mm Dia and Weighing up to 200 Kgs and stepped shafts weighing up to 150 Kgs per piece. 2) Drop Forging: Web, Flanges, Knifes, Gears and Rings Weighing upto 200 mm Outer diameter and 15 Kgs/ Piece max. Furthermore we have our own heat treatment, shot blasting and machining facilities. We are buying all the raw material used at our forging directly from the manufacturers only.
