Furthermore, we are promoting R&D and commercialization of health-oriented eateries by applying vegetable lactic acid bacteria JS on various types of foods. We are currently promoting commercialization and F/C business using lactic acid tofu and third generation lactic acid bacteria Cheongkookjang developed with advanced fermentation techniques, where both products have had the vegetable lactic acid bacteria JS applied on to the soybeans.
