Vizyon Giyim established in 1997, is a manufacturer and exporter of knitted, t-shirts, sweatshirts, dresses and bottoms for women, men and children. More than a decade we are working with private labels in Europe and North America. Our Increasing sales of 250-300 thousands pieces per month is surely a sign of our accomplishments. All samples produces in house from two seperate sampling rooms. All of clients samples reproduced and fabric may be knitted and dyed. Samples reproduced by us are sent for the approval of the client.
After purchasing of the yarn we outsource for knitting and dyeing. At our facilities we start with laying the fabric, continue with cutting and sewing. For printing and embroidery we also outsource but our own quality staff follow up the process. We finish up our production with final controls, ironing and packing.
Our textile and apparel experienced QC staff is helping us to keep defects at minumum and eliminate them before they reach the final stages of our production. Before the final random checks, each item goes through a stringent inspection. We also welcome second party inspections.
