Main features of lead & profile tester machine: -

1. Extra rigid slides & columns with proper combination of balls & tircite.

2. Lead drum rotating on extra large taper roller bearing.

3. Lead angle is very easy to read and adjust and indicated on large dials within accuracy of 1 sec.
Three dials are used for degree, minutes & seconds.

4. Specials hour glass worm & extra accurate master gear without any backlash are used.

5. Digital scale with scanner is used in conjuction with digital lever type dial indicator to provide the necessary graphone the adjoining computer system.

6. Lead & profile reading is provided by power absolutly quite & variable.

7. The machine is manufactured & hand scraped in a big cmm ( cordinate measuring machine. )
