THE PLANT HISTORY
Our Calcium Carbonate Plant was established in 2011 in Phu Tho Province, Viet Nam. Our Plant has mission to exploit and process pure ground calcium carbonate (GCC), serve to customer throughout Viet Nam and oversea with excellent and consistent quality CaCO3 at competitive price. Our products are used as additives for paper, plastic, paint, rubber, cosmetic industry. Our company was awarded ISO 9001:2000 by DVN & QUACERT in 2004

MATERIAL QUALITY
Our product has advantages: materials are mined at Mong Son Marble Deposit ? an existing large marble deposit known as one of the small number of the purest and whitest marble deposit in Asia. The chemical composition and physical properties of the marble satisfy demands of many industrial applications.

PROCESS TECHNOLOGY
Calcium Carbonate is processed by ANIVI technology which has been existing for more than 60 years. The ultra-fine processing system was designed and delivered by ANIVI INGENIRTIA.S.A from Spain and Germany. Our Plant is equipped with 2 grinding systems with modern air classifiers that enable to produce various particle sizes to meet every demand.

QUALITY CONTROL
The standard working system has been set up to continuously control the quality of raw material from mining till processing, A laboratory was installed with sophisticate instruments such as: White analyzer Minolta made in Japan and Particle Laser Diffraction Analyzer Malvern made in England to control the quality of CaCO3.
