Venmark Fisk was established in 1997 i Hirtshals by Henrik and Claus Ibsen.The Company has through the years grown to be one of the leading suppliers to all main segments in Denmark e.g to retail shops, supermarkets catering restaurants and canteens.I 2009 we started also export to the european market. Venmark Fisk is tryin to source most of its fish on the local auction, Hirtshals Fiskeauktion, but where it&＃39;s not sufficient to meet our demands - we have qualified partners in all major fish ports in Denmark.Furthermore we source fish from other parts of the world .
