Vasiliki has been exporting live King Island Southern Rock Lobster (Jasus Edwardsii) for over 30 years and is export registered by the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS). Our lobsters are purchased directly from our extensive network of licensed fishermen, processed, then left to rest in our state of the art holding tanks until they are carefully export packed in 20kg polystyrene boxes for our overseas clients. Our comprehensive tank system enable us to provide our valued clients with a constant supply of all grades of lobsters all year round.
