ValveTech, Inc. is a custom, precision fluid flow component and system manufacturer. We design and build to customer requirements. We are housed in a 13, 000 square foot facility. Our facility includes engineering, development, manufacturing, quality control, assembly, clean room and testing departments all in-house. We are ISO-9001:2000 and AS9100 certified. ValveTech&＃039;s quality control system has been audited and approved by most major aerospace contractors. Our engineering department uses the latest software tools for design and analysis. We have a CNC milling center, a CNC Lathe and CNC 4-axis lathe for quick response to customers needs. All components undergo acceptance testing in this facility. We have hydraulic, water, gaseous helium and gaseous nitrogen test stands. We can build custom test stands for specific customer requirements. Environmental chambers are available for thermal testing from -320 degree to +450 degree Fahrenheit. Our strengths are: Our ability to solve problems at both the component and system level.
