UTG, Inc./ kimia Saz Corp. is a multinational Company with offices in United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates and Iran.  Our groups of companies were established in early 1940's with Sadeghian families as partners.  Although Sadeghian Group of Companies has their independent entities, it was decided to combine our respective strengths for certain ventures.


UTG, Inc. / Kimia Saz corp. has been in business since 1984 as a division.  It was established as a joint venture between the Sadeghian Group of Companies with the intention of jointly pursuing representation of multinational organizations with complimentary products. The combined strengths and resources of the partners has become a potent force in accomplishing the business objectives of the companies represented by UTG, Inc. / Kimia Saz Corp.

Its primary concern is to be involved in agencies with complimentary business; that is to represent companies with complimentary products, customers and projects.
