We are the United Company for Land Reclamation and Agro-Industries. Our head office is in Cairo, Egypt and our 30000 m2 productive plant in the city of Beni-Suef (100 km away from Cairo). We are specialized in producing wood pellets made from the finest untreated timber and pine wood, with the ability to produce 8 mm pellets. Our initial productivity is 25000 ton/year of both Luxor and Sphinx wood pellets according to the DIN plus and DIN 51731 specifications. Our productivity will double by end of 2009 with the operation of our second line of production. Although we started production with our first line during mid 2008, but yet we are very much interested in rapid expansion for the following reasons:

Helping in the "Keep Egypt's Air clean" goal by processing agricultural wastes in a beneficiary way.

Availability of raw material.

Wood pellets are on the way to become a mainstream fuel, markets are growing world wide.

As wood pellets industry is in a primitive development stage, it is strongly influenced and supported by technology and politics, which will in return lead to a vast increase in demand
