We seek clients (buyers, sellers and mandate holders) who are interested in contracts or spot transactions from all over the world.Crude Oil (BLCO) we require only buyers who can and will provide POF ( proof of funds) or BCL (Bank Comfort Letter), LC (Letter of Credit) non operative until Q&Q has been satifactory and accepted by the buyer
