Our company established in mid 1999 as a proprietorship company under the visionary leadership of Mr. S.P. Dehar with an aim of providing single stop Shoppe for quality performance raw materials and processing machines as well as turnkey/semi-turn key project management and consultancy in plastic, rubber and composite segments to service different markets covering Auto, Industrial and Consumer sectors. With an ultimate aim of servicing our esteemed customers professionally and enhancing its supplying capacity to manifold, Enterprises was  soon converted to a Private Limited Company (November 1999) and renamed as Enterprises Private Limited which in short name  can be  called as ?U.E.P.L?.

While collaborating with major worldwide leaders in its own respective specialties and developing an in-house core competency through efficient sourcing and supply management strategies as well as assisting our valued customers by providing cost effective solutions, the company has been able to provide uncompromising quality raw chemicals, processing machines since then and by mid 2010 expanded to project management services at competitive costs to the price sensitive Indian Market. The supply chain it handled encompasses Manufacturers, O.E.Ms, System Supplier and Processors across vast geographical area of India and also covering adjoining countries.
