At the onset, I take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as UCM Group of Industries dealing in Stainless Steel Products based in Gujarat, India. UCM group consists of 5 Companies i.e. M/s Mangalam Alloys Limited, M/s Unison Metals Limited, M/s Mehta Alloys Limited, M/s Universal Metals Company Limited & M/s Unison Forging Private Limited and all are SME� (Small Medium Enterprises). We manufacture Stainless Steel products for the domestic as well as the International market. We are into Stainless Steel melting which produces S.S Ingots, Re-rolling of S.S. Ingots into S.S. Round / Flats / other Sections, solution annealing of the above rolled products facility & bright bar production. We are also into Stainless Steel rolling, both Hot & Cold rolling and appliances making. The manufacturing technology involves melting of Stainless Steel / M.S. Scrap with low carbon Ferro Alloys. We are a group who is present from Scrap melting, Sheets up to Utensils manufacturing. The company has implemented total quality management (TQM) & cleaner production (CPCT) successfully & has no effluent water discharge from its factory i.e. it has environment friendly status.We have Bright Bar production capacity of 200T per month of 410, 420, 431, 416, 200 series and 304 and 316. We have the manufacturing facility of Bright Bar both from peeling route / draw bench route. We also having facility of solution annealing for 200 and 300 series and has got annealing facility for 400 series. Our is an ISO 9001 company and we can supply Bright Bar from 14 mm to 60 mm at present. However, we can produce Black Bar from 16 mm to 80 mm.
