Ucayali River Cacao is a producer of fine flavor cacao from the Amazon. We only use fine flavor varieties to insure an excellent flavor and aroma. Our quality control standards allow us to produce one of the most consistent cacao products in the market today. We grade very strictly in order to keep our reject beans below 1%. Due to its low bitterness and low astringency it is excellent for a light roast or a raw chocolate product.
