Its founder Mr. Tran Ba Duong, is currently THACO Chairman.In 2007, Truong Hai Auto Co., Ltd converted into Truong Hai Auto Joint Stock company. Now, THACO operates 4 representative office in Ha Noi, Chu Lai, Bien Hoa and Ho Chi Minh city, in which Chu Lai-Truong Hai Auto Complex was founded in 2003 on an area of 600 ha includes 23 companies, affiliated factories; 01 Port Chu Lai - Truong Hai and 01 Vocational College Chu Lai - Truong Hai with staff numbers about 4,000 people.In addition to the main business activities are production-manufacture-distribution besides supply maintenance service and auto parts includes production and trade commercial vehicles (trucks and buses);passenger cars (Kia, Mazda, Peugeot) THACO also participate in the field of investment and construction of real estate gradually implement the development strategy of THACO Corporation in ASEAN region.
