We work within finance & real estate.Finance: We usually buy up to 50 % of small companies we believe have potential and finance them, usually with a 5-7 years perspective. Real estate: We buy, refurbish and sometimes build for the company to rent out, mainly within apartments and houses. As of today we have 15 properties on the rental market in the Oslo region.
