Trading Petroleum

We are looking for Direct Agents and Mandates from Refineries to work with us. We have FOUR serious Buyers and after NCND are happy to place the PRINCIPAL in direct contact. Within our procedures it is important that any "Proof of Funds" happens simultaneously with POP or Partial POP, this is important to our buyers. The following should work within the procedures if possible or something which will work simultaneously. A sample wording of this is as follows:

AFTER FINAL CONTRACT, BUYER ISSUES BCL/RWA & SELLER GIVES SOFT POP...BUYER WILL THEN ACTIVATE CONDITIONAL MT103.  IN THIS WAY BUYER HAS PARTIAL POP BEFORE NEEDING TO OPEN THE BANKING INSTRUMENT.
