Our company, ISO 9001:2008 certified, is a special maker of Sems Screw.
And now trying to certify ISO 14001:2004.
We are the No. 1 factory of producing Sems Screw in East area (around Tokyo) in Japan, and have over 18 automatic assemble and rolling machine line of Sems Screw. Off course, producing Micro Screw and Small Screw too.
The speciality is shown by the very short M1. 4 to 3.0 mm Sems Screwis available. Micro Screw M1.2, M1.4 and M1.6 and Small Screw M1.4 to 2.6 too.
We have a knowhow of magic-fitting assemble washer and rivet before rolliing, while running in the one shooter. This technology help us to keep the quality of the sems screw by checking the product (assembly of Spring Washer and Plain washer) easily. This knowhow make possible to attach the inspection sencer alongside the line (shooter) and yet the action is done automatically, so the mis-production is few and the cost performance is high.
We can also produce many kind of special screw (Multi Axis Screw) by cold forming method too (see photo).
