TOYO-NIIJIMA STAINLESS STEEL(ZHAOQING)CO.,LTD is a joint venture by Japan and China, founded in 1995,is located in scenic tourist city in the eastern of Zhaoqing city in Guangdong Province with a total investment of 7850000 U.S .dollars, covering the area of 26600 square meters. With the all-around support of the greatest capital ,technology and management by TOSTE, from the start we applied ourselves to the design, development and manufacturing of hygienic valves and pipe fittings used in the brewary , beverage, pharmacy, biological fine chemical industries and so on.
Based on Japanese successful strict and meticulous quality control model TNZ, created high-quality products and achieved the brand of the enterprise. TNZ passed the ISO9001:2000 certification of quality management system in 2001，established a perfect quality management system. In controlling the quality, TNZ adopts Japanese MITSUTOYO, the instrument of surface roughness, material analyzer of German SPECTRO, endoscope produced in Germany, which make the production under the strict quality inspection from raw materials to the whole process of production and processing ,to ensure that the product materials , performance and appearance are in line with high international standards.
In the machining, in order to process a world-class high-quality products, TNZ firstly adopted all kinds of numerical control equipment such as CNC laths, CNC machining center, milling center, circle automatic welding machine imported from Japan and Germany and so on, really achieved the world-class quality made in China .
After more than a decade of steady development , the products line of TNZ has being enriched and developed constantly. From the original production of the connection pieces of pipe, we will now not only be able to design and process pumps, tank-top safety units, double seal mix-proof valves, single seal valves, diaphragm valves, control valves and sterile sampling valves and so on . We can also provide the design , production and installation of facilities engineering of candle kieselguhr filter system , candle PVPP filter system , disc-type diatomite filter, yeast propagation system, membrane filtration system for pure draft beer, UHT(ultra-high-temperature)sterilization system , flash pasteurizer and valve matrix of double seat valve and so on .
