Working as a third party ( searching buyers through the buying offices & placing to the factories according to them capabilities & buyer requirements.Looking that running factories production plan Quality requirements & plan to achieve to deliver on tine the shipment.
Owen factory capacity is 30 machines & 45 workers working in the factory.30 machine operators & 15 indirect operators include for that capacity. mostly doing knit garments & its working as a sample room functions. Total orders placing to the factory & plan to the sub factories as they requirements.( Production going to the local & overseas market)

Two directors ( Operation & administration, Marketing & financial)   Production Manager/Supervisor, Hr officer, recorder Others are worker category)
Buyers : 2 Local buyers , Others (wall mart,Tesco,temma)(labels using under third party)
