Our company is a professional plastic injection mould maker in China,which passed the ISO9001:2000 authentication at year 2005.
We can offer prototype, soft mould, hardened moulds, and various kinds of parts with the annual productivity of 600 sets of tooling for exportation to USA and Europe.
We have high speed CNC,Mirror EDM,Wire Cut and Hardness Tester in house with steel P20, H13, S7, 420SS bought from USA,Germany and Sweden.We use DME and HASCO standard normally,if needed, we can offer 2D/3D mould drawing and MoldFlow Analysis.
Our molds cover a wide range:electrical appliance, audio, automotive, computer sets,construction tube and etc.
