In addition to its own workshop space of 10, 800m2 (over 100, 000 sq ft) and workforce of 580, Winbell has one wholly-owned import and export subsidiary, plus 3 apparel-making joint-ventures as its back-up. Being entirely export-oriented, Winbell integrates design, manufacture and trading under one central management that has been generating solid performance over the last 20 years. u Production facility: ² Main machinery：300 sets of Juki sewing machines. ² Main technical equipment: various fancy stitch machines, and hand stitch-imitating machines. ² CAD/CAM: Asahi Kasei AGMS Pattern making, layout and cutting system. u Quality control: ISO9000 certified. u Products: medium-to-high end coats, jackets, shirts, and fabrics. u Capacity: 1.2 million pieces a year. u Clients: premium brands in the U.S., Japan, and Europe.
