The Tinipaw brand was started by a dog owner whose dogs are small breeds. Upon noticing that his dogs would get unusually excited with a hand-fashioned toy he made, he set upon providing this special hand-fashioned toy to the rest of the world, so that other dog owners would enjoy playing with their small breeds as much as he did. The Tinipaw brand was formed.
